5. RISKS
Lendosphere recommends that savers exercise caution before investing in any crowdfunding project. Investment involves risks, including the risk of partial or total loss of invested funds.
Your investments are not covered by deposit guarantee systems established under Directive 2014/49/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council*.
Your investments are also not covered by investor compensation schemes established under Directive 97/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council**.
You may receive no return on your investments. This is not a savings product, and we advise against investing more than 10% of your wealth in crowdfunding projects. You may not be able to sell investment instruments when you wish, and if you are able to sell them, you may incur losses.
Despite careful project selection, in case of project owner default, you may seek assistance from a debt collection company.
