THE OFFERS PRESENTED:

SIMPLE BOND

Simple bonds are debt securities typically issued by companies and governments to borrow funds. By subscribing to a simple bond, investors lend money to the issuing entity. In return, they receive interest payments (the "coupon") at regular intervals, and the repayment of the principal can be made either periodically (amortized repayment) or at the end of the loan period ("in fine" repayment).

Convertible bond

Convertible bonds have the same characteristics as regular bonds but also include an option to convert the bonds into stock shares. The conversion can be done according to the terms specified in the bond contract. For example, in case of default (non-payment of interest or non-repayment of principal at maturity), creditors have the option to request conversion of their bonds into shares.

Equity

Equities are ownership certificates representing a portion of a company's equity capital, granting the holder shareholder status. Shareholders are entitled to any dividends distributed by the company and a proportional share of the company's value.
